1. What this covers

This policy explains what Titan Grading Labs LLC collects when you use titangradinglabs.com or submit cards to us, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to grade your cards and get them back to you.

• Account details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Shipping details: the address your cards go back to.
• Order details: the cards you submit, the services you choose, your declared values, your label notes, and the grades we assign.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. Titan never receives or stores your full card number. We store only a token that lets us charge a saved card for return shipping, and the last four digits so you can tell your cards apart.
• Images: scans of your cards, and video of package intake.
• Support messages: anything you send us through Titan Live Help.
• Website usage: pages visited and general location at city level, through Google Analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To grade and return your cards, to take payment, to contact you about your order, to produce your grading report and Titan Verify page, to answer support requests, and to understand which parts of the site people use.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Who else processes your data

Titan uses a small number of service providers, each for one job:

• Supabase, for the database, account sign-in, and file storage.
• Stripe, for card payments. Stripe handles card data on its own systems under its own privacy policy.
• Resend, to send order emails.
• Shippo, to buy return shipping labels. Shippo receives the return address on the label.
• Vercel, which hosts the site.
• Google Analytics, for anonymised website traffic measurement. IP addresses are anonymised.

5. What is public

Titan Verify pages are public. Anyone with a certification number can look up the card and its grade. These pages show the card, its grade, and its subgrades. They do not show your name, your address, your email, or what you paid.

Published testimonials show only the name you gave permission for us to use.

6. How long we keep it

Order records, grades, and certification data are kept indefinitely, because a Titan Verify lookup has to keep working for the life of the slab.

Intake video is kept for 90 days unless it relates to an open dispute.

Support conversations are kept for three years.

If you close your account, we remove your contact and shipping details but keep the grading record attached to each certification number.

7. Cookies and similar technology

Titan uses cookies to keep you signed in, to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme, and for Google Analytics measurement. There is no advertising network tracking on this site.

8. Your choices

You can view and update your contact and shipping details at any time in your Titan account.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@titangradinglabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Order emails are service messages about work you asked us to do, and are not marketing. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking.

9. Children

Titan accounts are for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian submitting on a child's behalf uses their own account and their own email address.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer records is limited to Titan staff who need it, and staff actions on orders are logged.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.

11. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
